Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. Please note our daily order cut off time is 2:00 PM EST; any orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is shipped, including a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. While most orders arrive within a reasonable timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control such as customs processing or carrier issues.
International Shipping
We proudly ship worldwide! Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are the buyer's responsibility. Don't worry — in most cases, orders pass through smoothly without additional fees.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update. If your tracking hasn't updated after a few days, contact us — we're always here to help.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please reach out to us at hello@somniva.com and we'll make it right — either by reshipping or refunding your order.
